What we do and do not do
We make solid sterling and fine silver pieces, hallmarked, and we ship them insured across the United States. We do not run recognition programs, print certificates, or sell crystal and acrylic.
That means when we say crystal is the better answer for your program, we are not steering you to a different line of our own. We are losing the order.
Why we turn work away
A silver award program that is too large for its budget fails in its second year. The company quietly downgrades the material, everybody notices, and the recognition is worth less than if it had started modestly and stayed consistent.
We would rather say that at the first email than take one good order and lose the relationship.
Solid, and marked as such
Every piece is solid silver and hallmarked with its purity. Anybody receiving one can verify what it is without taking our word for it — which matters on an object somebody may keep for thirty years.
Silver plate is a legitimate product and it is not what we make. We will not describe one as the other.
