Solid silver corporate recognition

Is silver right for our program?

Small quantity, significant occasion, real budget per piece — probably yes. Otherwise crystal is likely better.

Why does quantity matter so much?

Silver is a real input cost at market price. Only setup and labor scale down with volume.

Is it solid or plated?

Solid sterling or fine silver, hallmarked. We do not sell plate as solid.

Does it tarnish?

Yes, and it needs occasional care. Worth knowing before you order.

Is crystal ever the better buy?

Frequently, particularly at volume, and it photographs better on stage.

How far ahead should we order?

Further than feels necessary. Internal approvals cause most delays.

When do you need the name list?

Early, and frozen once engraving begins. Changes reset that piece.

Can engraving errors be fixed?

No. Written approval of the proof is required before anything is engraved.

How much text should go on it?

Less than you want. Crowded engraving stops being read within a week.

Can you do custom designs?

Yes, with a design and approval phase. It makes sense for one or very few pieces.

Can you hold a design year to year?

Yes, and for a service program you should.

Do you ship to the venue?

Yes, tracked and insured with a named recipient. Earlier delivery to your office is safer.

Do you ship to home addresses?

Yes, individually and insured.

Are they insured in transit?

Yes, to declared value.

Will you tell us not to buy silver?

Yes, when that is the honest answer. It happens often.
